Now gpcr-modsim.org allows you to use multiple templates to produce your homology models. gpcr-modsim.org detects the best five structural templates related to your sequence and you can pick which secondary structure elements to mix-in producing a chimeric homology model. This model can be later loop refined with modeller, and then submitted to our Molecular Dynamics protocol.
